Yoga with Ginny is a warm and welcoming yoga studio located in Devizes, New Zealand. Our studio is dedicated to helping individuals transform their bodies and minds through the practise of yoga.
At Yoga with Ginny, we believe that yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a process of personal growth and self-discovery. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. We offer a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Asthtanga, and Iyengar, to cater to the unique needs and preferences of our students. Each class includes stretching and strengthening exercises, with a strong focus on the breath.
One of the things that sets Yoga with Ginny apart is our non-competitive and non-judgmental approach. We create a safe space where everyone feels welcome and accepted, regardless of their abilities or body shape. Our experienced and compassionate teachers are dedicated to providing individual attention and guidance to each student, ensuring that they feel supported on their yoga journey.
In addition to our in-studio classes, we also offer live-streaming classes for those who prefer to practise from the comfort of their own homes. These classes are conducted via Zoom app and require a smart phone, desktop, laptop, or tablet with a built-in microphone and camera. New participants are required to fill in a health questionnaire and have a brief chat with Ginny before joining the live-streaming sessions.
The charges for our classes are as per the class costs tab on our website. However, we understand that financial hardships can arise, and we are more than happy to discuss alternative options. Our goal is to make yoga accessible to all.
Ginny, the founder of Yoga with Ginny, has a deep passion for yoga and a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her yoga journey began in London in 1995, and she has studied under various renowned teachers over the years. She completed a 500-hour British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training Diploma Course in 2012 and has been teaching Hatha Yoga since July 2010. Ginny is also a registered physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council, bringing a unique blend of yoga and medical expertise to her teachings.
