Jodie, from Yoga with Jodie in Rotherham/Sheffield, wants to invite the local sports community to her yoga classes. Jodie is a certified Yoga Teacher who runs vinyasa flow classes for all levels, along with pregnancy and postnatal sessions.
Jodie’s classes are relaxed and welcoming—no pressure, just a good environment for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis to practise.
Here’s where you’ll find Jodie’s classes:
- Wickersley Community Centre and Library, in the main hall.
- Kiveton Park and Wales Village Hall, through the main doors into the hall.
- The Drop-In Centre on Harding Avenue in Rawmarsh, through the door on the left.
Interested? You can get a package of 5 classes for £36 or 10 for £69. Just drop Jodie an email at yogawithjodie@hotmail.com to get a booking code. Pay in cash at your next class or by bank transfer.
You can also buy new yoga mats from Jodie for £25. Email her or ask during class for available colours and details. You’ll get your mat in the next class and can pay in cash or via bank transfer.
While it's better to book online to ensure there’s space, Jodie is flexible and will try to fit in walk-ins if possible.
Yoga can really help both body and mind—strengthening muscles and calming the mind. Over time, you might find yourself living a bit more peacefully and with clearer thoughts.
