About
Yoga with JP, run by Camden local John-Paul (or JP to his mates), is making waves in London's yoga scene. JP's not your average instructor; he’s a former construction worker turned passionate Vinyasa Yoga teacher, and he’s bringing a fresh perspective to the practice.
JP teaches with LiveKarmaYoga, a community-focused initiative offering yoga, wellbeing practices, and mentorship. These sessions often take place in places that need a boost, like schools, nurseries, the NHS, prisons, and rehabilitation centres. While LiveKarmaYoga mostly operates in Southwest London, JP's keen on spreading the love to Northwest London, where he grew up.
JP’s own journey with yoga started out for flexibility, but it quickly became a lifelong passion. Thanks to a LiveKarmaYoga scholarship, he trained as a yoga teacher, diving deep into the history and philosophy of yoga. Now, he wants to make yoga accessible to everyone, especially those who think yoga isn’t for them.
With a slew of certifications under his belt, including a 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher cert, Chair Yoga training, and First Aid training, JP’s got the skills to ensure a safe and welcoming space for all. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned pro, JP’s classes promise a transformative experience.
