Just wanted to share a quick update about "Yoga with Kate" for our local sports community. Kate has got a fantastic yoga set-up on the Wirral—no need to travel far and wide!
She's got a range of classes over at her place, and she runs the show herself. Kate’s all about creating a chilled-out vibe, making everyone feel at home. Whatever your level, she's got something for you. Got stiff joints or can't touch your toes? No worries. Kate's got you covered.
A cool thing she does is this chair yoga class. Great for those with mobility issues or if you just want something a bit gentler. And if you’re scratching your head about which class to join, she's a chat away. Kate’s more than happy to help you figure it out—just give her a ring instead of an email.
Kate also runs a special 12-week programme called Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs. She’s been doing it since 2013, and it’s based on solid research from Arthritis Research UK and the University of York. If you’ve got chronic back pain, it might be worth checking out.
Her retreats are a blast too. Picture this: yoga sessions in the Lake District or Spain. Perfect for deepening your practise and having a bit of a getaway.
