I completed my yoga teacher training in 2019, and since then, I have been dedicated to helping my students find their own inner peace and balance through the practise of Hatha and Pregnancy Yoga. I believe that yoga is not just about the physical postures, but also about the connexion between mind, body, and breath. My classes focus on cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness, allowing my students to explore their own bodies and minds in a safe and supportive environment.
I understand the importance of adapting the practise to meet the individual needs of each student. Whether you are a beginner or have been practising yoga for years, I will provide modifications and variations to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and challenged in their own way. I believe that yoga is a personal journey, and my role as a teacher is to guide and support each student on their path.

Furthermore, I am also committed to creating a safe and nurturing space for my students, and I ensure that my classes are accessible to all body types and abilities.
