Magda Gross, a certified 200h yoga instructor, specialises in sound baths, offering practitioners a truly immersive and healing experience.
Cerian Hopkins, another certified 200h+ yoga teacher, focuses on slow flow and restorative classes, helping students find relaxation and rejuvenation. Sarah Caunt, an experienced 500h+ advanced yoga teacher, offers classes in Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, and Pranayama, assisting students in exploring the depths of their practise.
Lenka Powell, the heart and soul behind Yoga With Lenka, was born in Slovakia and moved to the UK 12 years ago. Her passion for yoga led her to become a certified yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India, where she studied Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga yoga. In addition, Lenka is also a certified prenatal/pregnancy yoga teacher, supporting expectant mothers on their journey to labour. She is dedicated to making yoga accessible and inclusive, adding a modern twist to this ancient practise.
Lenka's classes focus on the healing benefits of yoga, including injury prevention, inversions, and creative sequencing. Her strong and thoughtfully sequenced classes create a safe space for students to have fun, explore, and find softness amidst the challenges. As a registered E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 yoga professional with Yoga Alliance, Lenka is honoured to share her love of yoga and Ashtanga yoga with the Bedford community.
