Yoga with Lori Lucas

Drawn to yoga after experiencing the transformative power of the practice during her own pregnancies. Her passion for healthy aging and pain-free living led her to establish “Yoga with Lori Lucas” in Vancouver, where she offers group classes, private sessions, workshops, and teacher training programs.

Located in the historic St. Lukes Court at 309 E Cordova, Lori's studio provides a warm and welcoming space for students of all levels to explore and deepen their yoga practice. With 17 years of teaching experience and a specialty designation in Prenatal Yoga through the Yoga Alliance, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes.

In addition to her regular classes, Lori is a Faculty member at Langara College and has presented at major Yoga conferences across Canada. Her commitment to empowering students to find balance, strength, and peace through yoga is evident in her teaching style, which is both nurturing and inspiring.
