Yola's yoga journey started in 2016, when she was a dancer looking to enhance her flexibility. Falling in love with yoga, she embarked on self-taught practises through platforms like Instagram and YouTube. In April 2020, Yola took her yoga journey to the next level by completing her CTAA teacher training and 500-hour teacher training. Guided by her passion and expertise, Yola now shares her love for yoga with others in Lossiemouth.
At Yolo's Yoga, you can find a variety of classes that cater to different levels of experience. The studio offers Vinyasa Flow classes that are intelligently sequenced to open up your heart, body, and mind. Each class begins with a few minutes of meditation and/or breathing exercises to help you find a sense of calm and presence. The classes conclude with a blissful 10-minute shavasana, allowing you to fully relax and let go of any stress or tension.
Yolo's Yoga Studio holds classes at various locations in Lossiemouth, including the Zodiac Performing Arts Studio, Moray Sports Centre, and Moray Leisure Centre. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, there's a class for you. The studio also offers personalised 1-to-1 sessions and group classes.
