Young Yogis Houston

Young Yogis Houston is a vibrant yoga studio located in Okotoks, dedicated to empowering youth through the practice of yoga. Founded in March 2017, this studio offers a variety of classes including Youth Yoga & Meditation, Bullyproof/Yoga Workshops, Black Light Glow Yoga, Parent Child Connection Classes, Zumba/Yoga Classes, and Yoga Birthday Party Classes. Each class focuses on breathing exercises, yoga poses, meditation, and empowering discussions.

The Kids Yoga Classes at Young Yogis Houston are 60-minute sessions that include empowerment discussions, breathing exercises, yoga poses, and meditation. The Black Light Glow Yoga Class adds an extra element of fun by incorporating black lights and upbeat music into the practice. The Parent Child Connection Class is designed to strengthen the bond between parents and children through connection exercises, partner poses, and a heartwarming playlist to enhance the experience.

Young Yogis Houston also offers Bullyproof/Yoga Workshops that cover topics such as dealing with bullies and understanding what is within our control. These workshops include discussions on bullying, as well as breathing exercises, yoga practice, meditation, and empowerment discussions.
