It is important to note that this class is not suitable for individuals with injuries or prenatal clients, and participants must have completed at least 10 reformer sessions before booking.

For those looking for a high-energy workout, the studio offers Barre classes, which fuse elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and fitness. These classes give participants a full-body workout without requiring any dance experience. Yin Yoga classes are also available, focusing on targeting the connective tissues of the body through supported poses held for longer durations.
