Environment. Your Path to Health is a health and wellness studio located in Bellerive, Tasmania. With two first-class facilities in Bellerive and Derwent Park, our priority is to help individuals stay healthy, active, mobile, and independent.

At Your Path to Health, we offer individualised allied health and fitness services to the people of Hobart. Our passionate team of University trained staff is dedicated to providing treatment based on the latest research that is tailored to your specific situation. Whether you have a chronic health condition, are elderly, have musculoskeletal conditions, or are under the NDIS funding scheme, we have specialised programmes to assist you on your path to better health.

Our services include exercise physiology, osteopathy, dietetics, and physiotherapy. Our exercise physiology programme focuses on prescribing tailored exercise programmes to enhance your overall health and well-being. Osteopathy provides hands-on treatment to address a variety of musculoskeletal issues. Our dietetics programme offers evidence-based nutrition advice to help you make healthy choices and manage chronic conditions.

Physiotherapy aims to improve and restore your physical function and mobility through exercise and manual therapy techniques.

We also offer a variety of programmes to suit your needs. Our NDIS programmes cater to individuals with disabilities and provide personalised support to achieve your goals. We have group fitness classes designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. Our type 2 diabetes programme provides education and exercises to manage and prevent complications associated with diabetes.

We also have specialised women's health classes that focus on promoting health and well-being in women of all ages.

For individuals with cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, we have programmes that incorporate exercise to improve your heart and lung function. Our seniors programme is tailored to older adults, helping them maintain fitness, balance, and mobility.
