Your Tribe Pilates, located in Montmorency, is a welcoming and vibrant Pilates studio founded by Dani, a passionate Pilates instructor. Dani's goal is to help individuals build a strong body while being part of a movement-loving community. She believes in exploring the incredible things that our bodies can do and finding joy in Pilates movement.

At Your Tribe Pilates, a variety of classes are offered to cater to different needs and preferences. Mat Pilates classes focus on building strong muscles through a mat-based workout. Pregnancy and postnatal Pilates classes are designed to help mamas stretch, strengthen, and nourish their bodies. Additionally, the studio occasionally organises half-day retreats to enhance the Pilates experience.

All classes at Your Tribe Pilates emphasise breath and precise, controlled movements to build strength and reduce tension in the body. Expect lots of variety and challenges, as the classes incorporate equipment such as Pilates balls, weights, and magic circles. Modifications are provided to meet individual needs, ensuring a safe and supported experience for all participants.

The studio is nestled in the beautiful, light-filled Montmorency Scout Hall, located in Petrie Park. Surrounded by trees, the hall offers a serene and peaceful environment for practising Pilates. During warm weather, classes are held in the courtyard, providing a refreshing outdoor experience.

One of the unique aspects of Your Tribe Pilates is its family-friendly approach. Babies and kids are welcome to accompany their parents to any Pilates class. The studio provides ample space for little ones to move around and play while their parents work out. There is a box of toys available, and a fantastic playground is located just a few steps away for post-class playtime.
