Youth Gymnastics Program

The Youth Gymnastics Program at Performance Playground, the fitness club in North Sydney, is an exciting after-school activity for children aged 7–12 years old. From 16th October to 6th December, this program offers a unique opportunity for your child to develop their strength, mobility, skill, and confidence, which will undoubtedly benefit them in any sport or activity they choose.

Classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, making it the ideal addition to your child's after-school routine. With limited spots available in each class – just 6 in total – we ensure that your child receives individualised attention, guaranteeing their safety, enjoyment, and rapid progress.

Led by our highly experienced instructors, the Youth Gymnastics Program introduces children to a range of exciting skills, including handstands, cartwheels, gymnastics rings, and obstacle courses.
