Hayley from You Time Yoga here – just wanted to give a quick shoutout to everyone about what’s happening at the studio in Winchester, Hampshire. Hayley’s been running various classes, all aimed at women and those on the motherhood journey. Her sessions focus on self-care and self-love, helping to release physical tension and boost emotional well-being.
For pregnant women, Hayley's been offering Prenatal Yoga classes. They're great for easing tension in those areas that typically get strained during pregnancy. These classes also help in strengthening the body for the extra weight and the journey through labour and birth. Plus, they offer a great chance to connect more deeply with yourself, your baby, and other mums-to-be.
The Mindful Flow Yoga classes at You Time Yoga are a hit as well. Hayley includes everything from active yoga postures to meditation, breathing techniques, and a bit of relaxation towards the end. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, these sessions are designed to help you release tension and stress, finding your way back to a sense of peace and well-being.
For mums with babies or older kids, Hayley has Mum and Baby/Child Yoga classes. There's even a soft play area for older kids and activities to keep them entertained. These postnatal sessions offer a supportive environment where mums can focus on their well-being without worrying about their little ones.
Once a month, during the new moon week, Hayley hosts New Moon Yoga Circles. These gatherings include breathwork to bring the group together, gentle yoga, guided visualisation, and some nurturing activities like self-massage, restorative yoga, or journaling. It's a great way to feel connected and supported within the community.
And if you're after some serious relaxation, Hayley's Restorative Yoga classes are perfect. Using props to support longer-held postures, these sessions help the body let go and experience deep relaxation. With lovely music, essential oils, and optional massage, it's an hour of pure rejuvenation.
Hayley, a busy mum of three, has been practising yoga for over thirteen years. Through her own experiences with generalised anxiety disorder and postnatal depression, yoga has been a tremendous support, helping her navigate her pregnancies and recovery periods. Now, she passionately shares this practice, backed by her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training and 90-hour Pre and Post Natal Yoga training qualifications.
So, if you're looking for a nurturing space to prioritise your self-care and well-being, You Time Yoga with Hayley is the place. Reach out to Hayley today and start your yoga journey – you won't regret it!
