Yoga and physical activity. I am proud to support Sport in Mind, a charity that promotes mental well-being through sport and physical activity.
I offer a variety of yoga classes and workshops suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Each class is designed to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can explore their bodies, minds, and emotions through the practise of yoga.
In my classes, I focus on cultivating balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I believe that yoga is not just a physical practise, but also a holistic approach to wellness. Through breath control, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques, my aim is to guide students towards a state of peace, clarity, and self-acceptance.
I believe that yoga is a practise for everyone, regardless of age, body shape, or fitness level. I encourage my students to listen to their bodies and modify poses to suit their individual needs. Furthermore, I offer variations and props to support and challenge each student, ensuring a safe and enjoyable practise for all.
My teaching style is nurturing, supportive, and non-judgmental. I create a space where students can feel comfortable, accepted, and empowered. I strive to build meaningful connexions with my students, and I am always available to provide guidance, support, and encouragement on their yoga journey.
In addition to regular classes, I also offer specialised workshops and events, including retreats, to deepen the yoga practise and explore specific themes or aspects of yoga. These workshops provide an opportunity for students to immerse themselves fully in the practise, connect with like-minded individuals, and experience personal growth and transformation.
I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others and helping them discover their own inner strength, peace, and resilience. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for self-discovery, self-care, and personal growth, and I am committed to supporting my students on their path towards physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
