ZenKids Yoga Teacher Training

ZenMuma Amber is thrilled to present ZenKids' comprehensive yoga teacher training course, specially crafted for those interested in teaching yoga to children aged 2 to 11. Developed by a team of experts including yoga seniors, occupational therapists, and teachers, this program equips participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to embark on a successful journey into children's yoga instruction.

With a focus on yoga-based movement, mindfulness, anatomy, physiology, breathwork, and asana practices tailored for young ones, this training is ideal for preschools, infant schools, primary schools, local communities, and parents looking to promote positive thinking among children. No prior experience is needed, just a passion for enhancing children's physical and mental well-being while having a great time.

ZenKids' Yoga Teacher Training is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance CPD, offering a 45-hour course spread over 3 days. Live sessions will be conducted via Zoom on the 8th, 9th, and 10th of October 2024, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. There is also an option for a convenient monthly payment plan for the £550 course fee.
