As Samford's only dedicated yoga space, Zen Space Samford caters to individuals of all skill levels, offering classes suitable for beginners through to experienced yoga students. With a diverse range of classes to choose from, including Beginners Class, General Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yoga Flow, Soothing Yoga for Deep Rest, Yoga for Over 60s, Chair Yoga, Mindful Yoga, and Gentle Yoga, there is a class to suit every individual's needs and preferences.

In addition to our dynamic yoga classes, Zen Space Samford also hosts the Samford Heartsong Choir, a weekly gathering where individuals can come together to express themselves through the power of music. We also organise various music, kirtan, and chanting events throughout the year, providing opportunities for individuals to explore and connect with their inner selves through sound and rhythm.

For those seeking to deepen their yoga practise and share their passion with others, Zen Space Samford offers an immersive Yoga Teacher Training programme. This comprehensive programme, consisting of 350 hours of training, allows students to become a Registered Level 1 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia, providing a solid foundation for pursuing a career in teaching yoga.

To enhance the relaxation and healing experience, ZenThai Shiatsu massage is available by appointment, helping individuals to unwind and restore their bodies through this unique form of therapeutic massage.

For those interested in hosting their own events or workshops, our beautiful venue is available for hire, providing a tranquil and inspiring space for a variety of interesting and engaging activities.
