Our classes at Zone Outdoor Fitness & Personal Training are designed to provide you with the ultimate outdoor fitness experience in Cambridge.
- Zone Classes: A 60-minute all-encompassing class that combines cardio drills with bodyweight conditioning.
- Blast Classes: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions lasting 30 minutes, perfect for those who want to increase their fitness levels and tone up quickly.
- Bring the Kids Classes: We welcome babies, prams, tots, and older kids, creating a fun and social environment for you to get fit while your kids have a good time.
- Unlimited Membership: For 45 per month, you can enjoy unlimited classes, with no need to book in advance. Just turn up, get fit, and get social! This is the best option for achieving all-round fitness.
- One Class Per Week Membership: For 35 per month, you can attend one class per week (a total of 4 per month). These sessions can be used at your convenience, and you have the flexibility to roll over unused sessions to the following weeks.
- Student Membership: Full-time students can take advantage of our student membership for just 25 per month. Enjoy unlimited classes and the full fitness and social experience that Zone has to offer.
At Zone Outdoor Fitness & Personal Training, we value our existing customers highly. We provide a customer area where you can manage your subscriptions and update your payment details for a hassle-free experience.
Wondering where to meet us for sessions? For the 9 am and 9:30 am sessions, find us at the Tennis Courts on Jesus Green. As for the 6:30 am and 6:00 pm sessions, meet us by the 2nd lamppost on the main path between the toilet block and skate park on Jesus Green.
