Disappointment, Radek and many other athletes from the Eastern bloc decided to seek opportunities in other countries where they could continue their athletic careers.

In 1988, Radek made the decision to move to Australia in pursuit of new opportunities. He settled in Sydney, where he quickly integrated into the local cycling community. His determination and passion for the sport earned him a scholarship with the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and Cycling Australia, allowing him to further develop his skills and knowledge in elite sports and cycling coaching.

During his time in Australia, Radek had the privilege of being a part of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. This experience further solidified his love for coaching and testing, as he witnessed firsthand the dedication and hard work put in by athletes to achieve their dreams. Radek's involvement in the Olympic Games inspired him to continue coaching and helping athletes reach their full potential.

CoachingFor the past six years, Radek has been providing coaching services to individuals of all fitness levels and needs. Whether you are a beginner looking to improve your overall fitness or an experienced athlete striving for peak performance, Radek has the experience and expertise to tailor a programme that meets your specific goals. His coaching experience spans four different continents and cultures, allowing him to bring a unique perspective and approach to each individual he works with.

Zoom in Zones is a state-of-the-art fitness centre located in Bellevue Hill, Sydney. The centre is fully equipped with the latest exercise equipment and offers a wide range of facilities and services to cater to the diverse needs of its members.

One of the centre's highlights is the bike fitting service, which utilises a Power Fitting System to ensure optimal pedalling efficiency and body angles. This service is especially beneficial for cyclists looking to improve their performance and prevent injuries.
