Trisha would like to extend a warm invitation to the community for her “Zumba with Trisha” classes in Pinner. As the driving force behind these salsa sessions, she has worked hard to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all.
Zumba, which has quickly become a favourite across the UK, blends Latin-inspired dance with fitness. Trisha's classes are known for their fun, party-like atmosphere, making it easy to forget you’re working out.
Understanding that everyone’s fitness journey is different, Trisha also offers Zumba Gold classes. These sessions cater to active seniors and those new to exercise, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
Trisha's weekly classes are spread across various locations including Pinner, Bushey, Ickenham, Croxley Green, and Sarratt. All sessions operate on a drop-in basis, so there's no need to book in advance. Up-to-date schedules are available on her website.
Trisha prides herself on clear communication. If there's ever a need to change venues or alter timings, she ensures participants are informed well ahead of time. Speaking of venues, from the 8th of January 2024, the Pinner class will permanently move to Pinner Village Hall. The hall offers free parking for one hour, with additional parking options nearby.
Apart from her regular schedule, Trisha also hosts special events for charitable causes. Recently, she organised a fundraising event for Macmillan Cancer Support, raising an impressive £966.35.
For those who prefer to work out from home, Trisha offers a monthly subscription to an online Zumba Gold class.
