About
Experience a Trauma Informed Yoga class at The Yoga Clinic's (UK) 20Hr TCTSY event in March 2024. This event is perfect for individuals who are interested in taking a regular yoga class in a safe and supportive environment.
At The Yoga Clinic, we believe in creating a space that prioritises your well-being. In a Trauma Informed Yoga class, you will have the opportunity to practice with a knowledgeable and compassionate yoga teacher who understands the importance of creating a safe space for all participants.
These classes are specially designed to cater to individuals who may have experienced trauma and are looking to take steps towards healing. It's important to be aware that the content of the class may be triggering for some individuals. However, our qualified teacher encourages students to practice self-care and take necessary steps to ensure their comfort throughout the session.
Whether you're a yoga enthusiast or a complete beginner, you are welcome to join us at the 20Hr TCTSY event in March 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn yoga shapes, work up a sweat, build strength and flexibility, and even meet new people who share a passion for yoga.
No prior yoga experience is needed to participate in this event. We believe that everyone can benefit from Trauma Informed Yoga, and we encourage you to take the first step towards exploring its benefits. So mark your calendars and join The Yoga Clinic at the 20Hr TCTSY event in March 2024. We can't wait to see you there!
