Our timetable offers a variety of options, with 14 classes per week and multiple locations to choose from.

Not only do we focus on self-defence techniques, but we also emphasise the value and discipline of real self-defence and the martial arts. Our qualified martial arts instructors create a friendly and supportive environment where students can learn and have fun while improving their physical fitness and mental well-being.

We offer classes for both adults and children, recognising the importance of exercise and interaction for kids in today's world. Our dedicated instructors ensure that each class is engaging and age-appropriate, providing a safe and enjoyable learning experience for children.

In addition to our in-person classes, we also offer online training resources to help you train from the comfort of your own home. These resources are a valuable tool for those unable to attend classes or for supplementing your in-person training.

At 7 Primal Krav Maga, we understand the current COVID-19 situation and prioritise the health and safety of our members and trainers. We require all members and trainers to agree to our online health check in the Members Area before visiting our gym.
