Welcome to Adelaide Yoga Flow, an urban sanctuary and modern studio located in Adelaide. Designed to energise and unwind both the body and mind, our sports club offers a variety of yoga classes to suit every level and need.
One of our signature classes is Flow, a dynamic Vinyasa style class that encourages students to develop and deepen their practise. With a focus on fluid movement and breath, this class allows participants to explore their body's capabilities and find their flow.
For those who prefer a slower pace, our Slow Flow class provides more instruction and emphasis on foundation postures and correct alignment. This class is perfect for beginners or those looking to refine their practise.
If you are new to Vinyasa yoga, our Beginners/Fundamental class is the ideal starting point. Over a 4-week course, you will learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga and build skills and confidence in a supportive environment.
To wind down and relax, we offer a combination class called Yin/Restore. This class combines half yin yoga and half restorative yoga, providing the perfect blend of gentle stretching and deep relaxation.
Our dedicated yin yoga class focuses on long-held, passive floor poses to open up the shoulders, spine, and hips. This class is beneficial for increasing flexibility and releasing tension in the body.
For a more structured practise, our Set Flow class follows a flowing set sequence of postures and movements aimed at creating optimal spinal movement. Suitable for all fitness levels, this energising practise will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
If you're looking for gentle stretching and deep relaxation, our Slow Flow/Restore class is the perfect choice. This combined class offers a balance of soothing movements and restorative yoga to help you wind down and find inner peace.
For those in need of grounding and inner calm, our Restore class provides passive stretching and a chance to turn inward. This practise aims to calm the mind and nervous system, creating a sense of peace and tranquilly.
