Adult Gymnastics Classes

Melbourne Gymnastics Centre offers Adult Gymnastics classes 5 nights per week at the Melbourne location (within Wesley College) on Punt Road. The gymnasium is newly refurbished and fully equipped with Mens and Womens apparatus, in ground trampoline, sprung floor and foam pit. Our fully structured adult classes are taught year-round (no term breaks). The program aims to improve strength, fitness and flexibility offering skill development on all apparatus with the emphasis on fundamentals, fun friendship and safety!

Adult classes have been operating in our facility for over 20 years. Our weekly classes have been structured to support covering all the necessary and important aspects and elements of a complete gymnastics program with activities specifically tailored for adult gymnasts. Participants are separated by level after the warm up. All nightly classes cater for beginner to advanced.
