Athletes who compete at various levels. Our gymnasiums are equipped with high-quality artistic gymnastics apparatus and teaching aids to ensure our athletes receive the best training possible.

For the youngest participants, we offer Babygym and Kindergym programmes for children aged 1–5 years. These programmes focus on developing motor skills, coordination, and physical confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Our recreational gymnastics programmes are designed for children aged 4 years and older who have a passion for learning new gymnastics skills. These classes allow students to attend once or twice a week and work on their strength, flexibility, and technique while enjoying the sport of gymnastics.

For those interested in competitive gymnastics, we offer Gymstar Competitive programmes for both boys and girls. These programmes focus on skill development, strength training, and choreography, preparing athletes for local and state-level competitions.

At our State Gymnastics Centre in Windsor, we have the Australian Levels Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) programme. This programme is for athletes who are dedicated to pursuing their gymnastics at an elite level. Our experienced coaches provide training in a supportive and challenging environment, guiding athletes towards their highest potential.
