The Anchor Open class is a full-body workout that combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements to improve your overall fitness and athleticism. The Jackal class focuses on strength training and is designed to help you build lean muscle and increase your strength.
We also offer specific classes like Pinnacle WOD and Anchor Strong, which provide unique and challenging workouts to keep you motivated and engaged.
Our training facility is located in Newmarket, QLD and has a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. We believe in the power of community and camaraderie, and our members support and encourage each other during every session. Our experienced and passionate trainers, led by founder Tim, will motivate and challenge you to push yourself beyond your limits and achieve your fitness goals.
At Anchor Training, we are committed to being environmentally conscious. We have eliminated electrical machines from our facility and instead use equipment that is powered by human energy. Our aim is to reduce our carbon footprint and create a more sustainable training environment. We also take pride in serving hand-ground coffee, made from locally sourced beans, for your pre-workout energy boost.
