With the use of props such as the magic circle, thera band, and stability balls, each class is challenging and allows for continuous progression at your own pace.

The core classes at Keep Moving Pilates specifically target the core muscles, including the pelvic floor, lower back, and hips. By stabilising the spine and improving posture, these classes help build strength and stability for increased confidence and freedom of movement. Props such as stability balls, magic circles, and thera bands are incorporated for added variety and intensity.

For those looking to improve overall mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, the reformer Pilates classes are an excellent choice. Utilising the springs on the reformer machine, these classes provide resistance and support, allowing for a wide range of exercises in various positions. The addition of props such as the magic circle, weights, and thera bands adds an element of fun and challenge to the workouts.

For a more dynamic and cardio-focused workout, the Cardio Reformer classes combine Pilates exercises with cardio elements. These classes aim to boost metabolism, enhance core strength, increase cardiovascular fitness, and provide a fun and energetic workout experience. Prior reformer experience is required for these classes, and they are not suitable for individuals with existing injuries or pain or those recovering from pain and injury. They are also not suitable for expectant mothers.
