I aim to help people achieve the their weight-loss and fitness goals in fun and friendly environment.
Furthermore, I specialise in creating tailored personal programmes designed to help my clients achieve the outcome they desire. As well helping with their nutrition plans.
I live an active lifestyle and have a history of competing and placing in numerous fitness model (body building) competitions in both Queensland & New South Wales.
The most joy I get from being a personal trainer, is watching my client achieve their fitness goals.
