Armidale Physie Club takes pride in being a BJP Physie club. With over 200 locations, BJP Physie is Australia's longest-running and top Physie organisation. Founded 125 years ago by Bjelke-Petersen School of Physical Culture, BJP Physie has inspired generations of Australians to exercise both their bodies and minds through this remarkable sport.

Every class at Armidale Physie Club has been carefully crafted to create the perfect mix of dance and exercise. Upon entering the class, you will be warmly greeted by your friends and caring teacher. The class starts with some easy stretching and warming up, followed by practising posture through marching or learning a new dance routine. For the little ones, there are always fun games that everyone loves.
