The Austin family has been teaching martial arts ever since Master Chris Austin and his son Michael Austin Sa Bom Nim first opened their Do Jang back in 1982.
The Austin Martial Arts Do Jang teaches the traditional Korean martial art of Soo Bahk Do under the guidence of the Kwan Jang Nim H. C. Hwang, who is the son of the founder of Soo Bahk Do, Hwang Kee.
Michael Austin Sa Bom Nim is an internationally accredited 6th Dan Master and his students regularly attend international Soo Bahk Do seminars. This provides his Do Jang with a high level of learning and proficiency in the traditional martial art of Soo Bahk Do.
