Ballina Physie commenced back in the late 70s and has continued to grow over the past 40 years of being in operation and is growing with every new year of Physie and welcomes all to come and join the Fun.
Our club is continually growing with New members starting Physie and enjoying the friendships that are made and kept forever.
In 2017 our club entered all members into Far North Coast Zone Championships which are held in Grafton and Coffs Harbour each year with the girls and ladies compete in individual and Teams sections.
We entered 1 Team into Zone Championships, which was our 9-10 yrs members, each team containing 8 girls/ladies working at one.
On the individual side of the competitions our club gained 4 placegetters who attended National finals in Sydney at Quaycentre, Olympic Park.
Ballina would like to welcome all new and old members in joining the fun of physie each week in Ballina.
