Beat Boxing and Fitness is the dream of husband and wife team Chris and Christie who are extremely passionate about Boxing, Fitness, Wellbeing, Music, Family, and Community! The team are devoted to creating a welcoming and friendly environment, creating a pace that suits your individual workout needs, and making sure you have fun while you train hard.
The gym itself combines the timelessly classic boxing gym atmosphere with modern equipment, a contemporary upbeat feel, alongside traditional and results driven training methods. Expect high intensity interval training backed by some great beats and a full body workout that will make you aerobically fitter and physically stronger.
All fitness and experience levels are catered for: boxing for fitness, competitive fighters, beginners interested in youth classes or ladies’ boxing. Choose to train in a class, use the facilities to go at your own pace, or receive that extra attention with a private session.
