BENt on Crossfit is for anyone keen to be the best they can be physically and mentally. Our members are a mix of males and females aged 15 to 55 of all shapes and sizes. And you don’t have to be fit to start. But you will get fit – quickly!
We focus on your health, fitness, and happiness. Our community helps people form lasting friendships and feel supported. At BentonCrossfit the person next to you is just as valuable as the coach looking after you.
Body movement is complicated, so we take the time and care to teach you at your pace. We encourage you to work as hard as you can to get the most out of workouts, but we always look out for your welfare.
