Welcome to Bikram Yoga Sutherland Shire, a premier sports club located in Sydney! Get ready to transform your life through the powerful practise of Bikram Yoga.
Our yoga studio offers the renowned 26 & 2 postures sequence, practised for 90 minutes in a heated room set at approximately 38 degrees Celsius. This heat helps to detoxify the body, increase flexibility, and deepen your yoga practise.
The repetition of Bikram's series allows beginners to develop focus and body-mind awareness, while advanced students can challenge themselves to go deeper into each pose. Each posture is completed twice, with a 20-second rest between sets to allow for relaxation and equalisation of oxygenated blood throughout the body.
Our studio uses mirrors to enhance body awareness and refine body alignment. This constant visual feedback helps you maintain proper form and turns the practise into an open-eye meditation.
With classes suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners, our experienced teachers provide precise instructions and a constant dialogue to keep the class moving together. This not only helps to maintain stillness of the mind but also fosters a sense of connexion and community.

In addition to Bikram Yoga, we offer a range of other classes and workshops, such as the Yin Autumn Master Class. Yin Yoga is based on Chinese Medicine Theory and focuses on balancing the body's energy and promoting relaxation.
