Croydon Little Athletics Centre, located in Melbourne, is a popular sports club that has been operating for over 50 years. Unfortunately, as of Season 2022-23, the centre has been unable to attract a committee and will be recessed. This news has saddened the centre, but they are hopeful that in the future members of the community will step up and bring life back to little athletics in Croydon.
While there won't be little athletics at Croydon this season, the centre encourages interested individuals to continue their athletics journey by joining another nearby centre such as Ringwood, Yarra Ranges, Knox, Nunawading, Doncaster, or Box Hill. If individuals are interested in registering for Season 2022-23, they can log into the Member Portal and select “Change Centre” to explore other options. Please note that the process will take a few days to be completed by the Little Athletics Victoria team before registration can be finalised.
For those who were unable to collect their trophies from the 2021-22 Summer Track & Field Season in April, they can reach out to Jess Dux at 0412 643 877 to arrange collection.
