East Gymnastics

Those who may be more reserved and need a boost in confidence. Our Kindergym classes provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and develop their physical abilities.

Our Recreation classes are designed for children aged 5 and up who want to experience the excitement and thrill of gymnastics. We offer classes for all skill levels, from beginners to more advanced gymnasts. Our highly trained coaches create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where children can learn and progress at their own pace.

In our Recreation classes, children will build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance their coordination through a variety of gymnastics apparatus such as bars, beams, rings, and trampolines. They will learn basic skills and progressively work towards more advanced moves with the guidance of our experienced coaches.

We keep our class sizes small, with no more than 8 students per coach, to ensure that each child receives individual attention and support. This allows our coaches to tailor their instruction to meet the specific needs and abilities of each gymnast.

For those who show exceptional talent and dedication in gymnastics, we offer Development classes by invitation only. These classes provide a more intensive training programme for advanced gymnasts who aspire to compete at higher levels. Our experienced coaches work closely with these athletes to refine their skills, increase their strength and flexibility, and prepare them for competitive gymnastics.

At East Gymnastics, we believe that gymnastics is not just for kids. That's why we offer adult classes for all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to try something new or an experienced gymnast wanting to get back into the sport, our adult classes provide a fun and supportive environment for you to challenge yourself, improve your fitness, and learn new skills.

Our adult classes focus on building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving coordination through a variety of gymnastics exercises and apparatus. Our experienced coaches will guide you through each class, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident in your abilities.

During school holidays, we offer exciting and engaging holiday camps for children of all ages. Our camps provide a mix of gymnastics training, games, crafts, and other fun activities to keep kids entertained and active during their break. It's a great opportunity for children to try out gymnastics if they're new to the sport or to further develop their skills if they're already enrolled in our regular classes.
