GoGo Healthy Kids offers Physical Activity & Sports programmes, Active Holiday programmes, Birthday Parties and Fundamental Skill training for children.
GoGo Healthy Kids brings Sports, Fitness, Nutrition, Active lifestyle and FUN to your local community, training and educating kids and their parents on the essentials for leading a healthier and happier life.
Incorporating ‘B-Fit’, the innovative primary school based health and movement initiative unique to GoGo Healthy Kids, the GoGo team offer a number of activities that will engage and motivate all types of children.
Our activities include:
- before and after school physical activity & sports classes
- sports themed birthday parties
- school holiday programmes
- personal training for children and parents
- one on one family fitness and nutrition sessions
Through these specially programmed activities, GoGo kids will gain the knowledge and confidence to make healthy choices throughout their lives. Fitness and nutrition are a learned behaviour, and we aim to teach these important life skills in a fun, supportive and team focused environment.
