This system has been drawn from many martial art traditions but particularly the Goju Kensha martial arts of the late master Ohtsuka Tadahiko, the insights and methods of master Patrick McCarthy and his Koryu Uchinadi, and also the Silat Sufian Bela Diri of master Maul Mornie.
Kin Shin Kai puts the realism and real world practicality back into traditional martial arts which had been largely lost over time whilst retaining all the great things traditional martial arts has to offer..
