Groups, or as individuals to showcase their acrobatic skills and routines. It is open to gymnasts who have advanced skills and are interested in performing. Gymnasts in the Acro Display Team will have the opportunity to participate in local and regional competitions, as well as perform at community events and exhibitions.

Gymnastics classes at Fassifern Gymnastics Club offer a variety of benefits for children of all ages. The club's Schools Programme provides local schools with the opportunity to incorporate gymnastics into their curriculum, offering benefits such as increased attention, cognitive skill development, coordination, self-esteem, and confidence. Gymnastics encourages self-regulation, helping children learn control and focus in the classroom. It also helps develop cognitive skills and body awareness, allowing children to succeed in physical activities and interact with their environment.

Through problem-solving and progressing new skills, gymnastics builds confidence and teaches socialisation and teamwork.

The club's recreational gymnastics programme is open to boys and girls of all ability levels. Classes are divided into Mini Gym, Junior Gym, Pre-teen Gym, and Teen Gym, catering to different age groups and skill levels. Gymnasts will have the opportunity to work on all apparatuses, including bars, beams, floor, trampoline, and vault. Classes consist of warm-up, conditioning, and circuits that focus on strength, flexibility, technique, and personal goals.

The classes are one hour long and are designed to provide a fun and supportive environment for gymnasts to develop their skills.

In addition to recreational gymnastics, Fassifern Gymnastics Club also offers an Acro Display Team for gymnasts with advanced skills and a passion for performing. The team will have the opportunity to showcase their acrobatic skills at various events throughout the year, both as a whole team and as individuals or smaller groups. Gymnasts in the Acro Display Team may also have the chance to participate in local and regional competitions, furthering their skills and experiences in the field.
