HOL Method teaches Adult Gymnastics based training group classes. It is open for all levels. Join a like-minded community. Look after your health holistically by training outdoors and utilising your own bodyweight.

Classes are designed for an incremental 6 weeks programme working towards specific goals and movements. Your progress will be tracked and monitored during the programme.
Consistent training and regular class attendance will create a balanced body that is strong, mobile, and flexible. Your body will develop lean muscle mass and healthy joints, minimise the risk of getting injured, improve your body image and self-esteem. You will move better and your view of your body will change! Our body is very adaptive and smart, there are so many amazing skills that our body is able to develop regardless of age and fitness background if we train in the right way with the right mindset.
The outdoor environment will help you to be more present with your training, reduce stress and improve ability to cope with stress, decrease symptoms associated with depression and anxiety, and boost your mental health.
