In addition to my coaching experience, I have a strong passion for Pilates. I offer both floor and reformer Pilates sessions to help improve core stability, flexibility, and balance. I have written training programmes for athletes from various countries and have had athletes represent their respective nations in prestigious international competitions. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise in racewalking with aspiring athletes and helping them reach their goals.
