At Karrinyup Little Athletics Club, we pride ourselves on being an inclusive and welcoming community for athletes aged 6–16 years old. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in athletics regardless of their ability or experience level. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, you'll find a place at our club.
Membership with KLAC includes training sessions held at a local park, where athletes have the opportunity to practise a range of running, walking, jumps, and throws events. We focus on developing well-rounded athletes who are skilled in all aspects of athletics. Our dedicated coaches provide guidance and support to help athletes improve their skills and reach their full potential.
In addition to training, our athletes also participate in weekly competitions at the Hamersley Little Athletics Centre. Here, they compete against other clubs in their age groups, giving them the chance to showcase their abilities and measure their progress. Athletes also have opportunities to participate in major events such as the Zone and State Championships, including relays, as well as the winter cross country season.
We understand the importance of parent involvement in Little Athletics, and we encourage parents to contribute to the success of our club. Duty rosters ensure that training and competitions run smoothly, and we appreciate the efforts of our parent volunteers.
If you're interested in giving Little Athletics a try, we offer two free trial training sessions. This gives you the chance to experience what our club has to offer before making a commitment. We also hold come and try sessions, where new members can learn more about Little Athletics and register to join our club.

Karrinyup Little Athletics Club has a rich history, having been established in 1969. We are proud to be one of the five clubs that make up the Hamersley Little Athletics Centre.
