We run children classes, family classes, and teens and adults classes. Our program includes kicks and punching on pads, throws, how to fall, and practical self defence.

Children classes run across Meadow Springs, Settlers, Baldivis and Comet Bay Primary Schools. Family classes are Tuesday at Meadow Springs Primary School and Thursday at Comet Bay Primary School from 4.30 to 5.30pm, while teens and adults train Wednesday 7 to 8pm at Settlers Primary School and Thursday 6.30 to 7.30pm at Comet Bay Primary School, Secret Harbour.

We offer training in Martial Arts, which includes self-defence training with fitness and exercise.

For the total beginner – no matter which age – we have special programmes to take you from what ever level of fitness you are at to where you want to be through friendly and informal classes. We offer a free trial lesson; there are NO direct debits or contracts? So you have nothing to lose except that extra weight you wanted to burn off.

For intermediate and advanced students, who may already have some Martial Arts experience, we offer the very best self-protection training available. Our specialised programmes in anger management and non-violent conflict resolution mean students develop vital skills in self-defence.
