LIFE Personal Training, Health and Fitness Studio is a well established personal training business, promoting health and wellbeing as a way of life, providing personal training services and health advice to people of the community with varying health requirements and of all ages.
In 1999 Mardi Aplin began a business Mardi Ashworth Personal Training, which was located at the Orange Squash Courts. Then in 2001 Mardi continued her business from home. In January 2003, LIFE Personal Training, Health and Fitness Studio opened its doors at 159 Dalton Street. In 2007 the business moved down the street to 120 Hill Street (corner of Hill and Dalton) where it has stayed and has grown into an exceptional facility.
We offer private training rooms (just yourself and your personal trainer) and outstanding personalised service. We believe we have created an exceptional exercise environment to help clients reach their goals and lead a healthier lifestyle. Each session is tailored towards each individual requirement, and we have professional and fully qualified personal trainers.
