At Mascot Physie our dance classes are a combination of classical ballet, contemporary, aerobics, floor exercises, hip hop and jazz styles performed to modern music.
Girls within all ages, can enjoy physie whilst learning skills including: Strength, Good posture, Fitness, Flexibility, Balance, Co-ordination and Discipline.
Physie is a great dance experience which keeps girls entertained all year round and is a great way to socialise and form new friendships!!

An outline of our club:
Mascot Physical Culture Club was established in 1976 by Beryl Steel, and during this time we have had a growing member base ranging from Babies to Ladies.
Mascot Physie is a fun, friendly and social club who are very welcoming to new members!!
