In addition to regular classes, Melissa's Dance Studio offers various opportunities for dancers to further their skills and showcase their talents. The studio has an online and onsite dancewear store, ensuring dancers have access to quality dancewear and accessories. They also organise workshops with guest teachers and choreographers, both within the studio and in major cities. Students have the chance to perform at an informal mid-year concert at the end of Term 2, as well as two exciting concert productions at the end of November, giving them the opportunity to perform in full costume in a professional theatre setting.
Melissa's Dance Studio also provides additional opportunities for dedicated dancers to compete in eisteddfods and competitions through solo lessons. They also offer ballet exams with the ATOD (Australian Teachers of Dancing) and opportunities for students to dance at community events throughout the year.
