Our facilities at Narooma Fitness Centre have undergone a transformation since Troy and Kristy Beecham took over in 2015. Formerly known as 'Narooma Fitness & Cycles', the Beecham family has injected their passion and hard work into creating a sports club that caters to all fitness levels and preferences.

The gym is equipped with an extensive range of cardio and strength equipment to meet all of your workout needs. Whether you prefer circuit training, boxing, or gym camp classes, we have regular sessions that will challenge and motivate you.

One of our standout features is our 24-hour access, which allows you to workout on your schedule. If you're interested in acquiring a 24-hour access fob, simply speak to one of our friendly staff members and pay a once-off fee of $20.

If you're looking for personalised training and guidance, our resident PT Chantelle Gauslaa is here to help. Chonny, as she is affectionately known, holds Certificates III and IV in Fitness, specialising in Personal Training, Group Instruction, Aqua Instruction, Gym Instruction, Older Adults Training, Children Training, Bootcamp, and Outdoor Training. Chonny is highly regarded by our members for her positivity, support, and versatile training sessions.

At Narooma Fitness Centre, we understand the importance of accommodating families. That's why we have a dedicated Kids Room with a qualified child care person available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:30 am to 11 am. This allows parents to focus on their own workouts or book a PT session while their children are supervised. A small fee of five dollars applies for the Kids Room.

For those who enjoy racket sports, we have refurbished squash courts available for use. Join our weekly squash competition on Tuesday nights or simply hire a squash racket if you're looking for a fun and engaging cardio workout.

In addition to our fitness facilities, we also offer a range of bikes, scooters, and skateboards for sale. Our top-quality selection, featuring the best brands at competitive prices, ensures that you can find the perfect mode of transportation for outdoor activities.

Our opening hours are designed to suit your busy schedule. We are open from 7 am to 7 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and from 6 am to 7 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Saturdays, we are open from 8 am to 12 noon, and for those with 24-hour access fobs, the gym is available on Sundays for round-the-clock workouts.
