Although most people aren’t aware of it there is a huge difference between BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) and Gracie Jiu Jitsu. While many “BJJ” academies have to add boxing and “mma” to their schools AUTHENTIC Gracie Academies don’t have to as they are COMPLETE self-defence systems incorporating kicking, punching, throwing, ground fighting and even weapons (knife, baton, and handguns).
