In just 9 short years our club has tasted success on many levels. From representative selections to finals, Pyramid Power has already written it's own pages in the history of the club and also AFL Cairns Juniors.
In 2010, on one of the wettest August days on record, the Pyramid Power U14's team ran on to Cazaly's Stadium and defeated Cairns Hawks for our first ever leadingship.
In 2013, 2 of our sides made the Grand Final, and both recorded fabulous victories, to etch their names in Pyramid history, becoming the second U14 leadingship and the first U16 leadingship for the club. The club has now contested 6 Grand Finals, winning 3 of them.
In 2012 our U14's reached the Grand Final, losing narrowly to Cairns Saints. In 2007 and again in 2009 a group of boys challenged for leadingships as U14's and again as U16's.
Our club has also produced players of the highest calibre, with Isaac Rokeby, Henry Mareko, Zengrey Nona and Keiran Johnson all selected to represent our nation in the Flying Boomerangs national indigenous team.
In 2010, Tyson Smiler from our U14 team won the AFL Cairns U14 Best & Fairest award.
The year 2013 could well be remembered as the club-defining season. Topships for both our Under 14 and Under 16 teams made it an incredible year for all connected with the club. The future already looks bright with a prediction of strong, competitive teams in all age groups for 2014 and beyond as the club continues to build and become the envy of all others.
