Mulgrave Athletics meets every Sunday morning at 9am from March to September. New members are always welcome and can trial for 2 weeks before paying the annual joining membership fee. Members complete 5 events across track and field and are usually finished by 12 noon (sometimes earlier). Members compete against themselves and are encouraged to improve their personal best (PB) at each event.
